Terms & Booking Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Raphael [full legal name, NIF / tax number, registered address], trading as Embrace Men Lisbon, a massage therapist based in Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: WhatsApp (+351 923 125 625).

2. Services and prices

The services offered are professional massage and tantric bodywork sessions for adult men aged 18 or over. Sessions are focused on relaxation, conscious touch and body awareness. The Tantra Four Hands session is delivered by two therapists working together. The nature and boundaries of each session are explained before it begins. Either party may pause or end a session at any time if boundaries are not respected.

Current sessions and prices:

  • Tantra Awakening — 60 min: 150 € · 90 min: 200 €
  • Tantra Intimacy — 60 min: 190 € · 90 min: 250 € · 120 min: 330 €
  • Tantra Four Hands — 60 min: 320 € · 90 min: 425 € · 120 min: 560 €

Prices are in euros, per session. Prices shown on the website at the time of booking apply.

3. Age and eligibility

Services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 or over. Identification may be requested.

4. Booking

Appointments are arranged in advance via WhatsApp or the website contact form. A booking is only confirmed once you receive explicit confirmation. Please do not travel to the studio before confirmation. The full address and arrival instructions are shared with the confirmation.

5. Payment

No advance deposit is required to confirm a booking. Many clients book before arriving in Portugal, so bookings are confirmed without prepayment.

Payment is made after the session by cash, Revolut, Wise or PayPal, which are the preferred payment methods. If these options are not suitable for you, credit or debit card payment can be arranged. There are also ATMs near the studio should you need to withdraw cash.

6. Cancellations and no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

Exception — deposit after a same-day cancellation. If a returning client cancels on the day of the appointment with only a few hours’ notice, a deposit of 30% of the session price will be requested to confirm their next booking. If that next booking is cancelled, or the client does not attend, the deposit is retained even when notice is given, to partially compensate for the reserved time. This applies only in these exceptional cases and is not a general requirement.

If the practitioner needs to cancel, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund of any amount paid.

7. Health and conduct

Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and no specific therapeutic outcome is guaranteed. Please inform the practitioner of any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies or skin sensitivities before the session. Clients are expected to arrive sober and to respect the boundaries explained before the session.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to WhatsApp (+351 923 125 625). Under Portuguese law, consumers may also use the Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), available online at livroreclamacoes.pt, and alternative dispute resolution entities [name the competent ADR entity].
